Pass The Camera is a different way to capture your wedding day.
Instead of a traditional wedding video where everything is filmed from one perspective, we put the cameras in the hands of your guests – allowing them to capture the moments, reactions and memories that happen naturally.
You enjoy your day. Your guests create the memories. We turn it into a finished wedding film.
1. Get In Touch & Secure Your Date
Every wedding is different, so we start with a conversation.
Get in touch with your wedding date, location and plans. We’ll help you choose the right package and any additional options you might need.
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send over your booking form and take a deposit to secure your date.
2. Receive Your Camera Kit
Your camera kit will be available for collection, or delivery can be arranged at your expense.
Inside your kit, you’ll find everything you need:
- Multiple camcorders ready for your wedding day
- Simple instructions on how to use the equipment
- A guide with ideas of what to capture
You’ll also receive an online video guide before your wedding, so you and your guests know exactly what to do.
No complicated settings. No filming experience needed.
Just press record.
3. Pass The Camera
Your package includes three cameras, with additional cameras available if needed.
Throughout your wedding day, your guests become the storytellers.
Pass the cameras around and let your friends and family capture the moments they experience:
- Morning preparations
- Messages to the couple
- Funny moments with guests
- Conversations you might have missed
- The dance floor
- The moments in between
For important moments like the ceremony, we recommend giving a camera to a trusted guest with a good view so those memories are captured.
The best footage often comes from the moments nobody planned.
4. Return The Kit
After your wedding day, the camera kit is returned either by courier or hand return.
Once received, we’ll check the equipment and make sure everything is accounted for before beginning the editing process.
Your footage is then carefully transferred, organised and backed up ready for editing.
5. We Create Your Wedding Film
This is where your memories become a finished film.
We take all the footage captured by your guests and turn it into a story you can watch back for years to come.
Your final package includes:
- A social media highlight video, perfect for sharing with friends and family
- A longer 10–15 minute wedding film featuring the best moments from your day
Due to music licensing and copyright restrictions, your film will not feature commercial music. We carefully select suitable alternatives to help tell your story while keeping everything legal and yours to enjoy.
6. Relive Your Day
Once your film is complete, your finished digital files will be delivered to you via WeTransfer.
You’ll be able to download, save and share your wedding memories wherever you are.
