How do I book a camera?

Booking is simple by contacting our support team directly. Please give us as much information as possible, and we will get back to you with all the relevant availability and costs.

Is there a deposit for service?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental and ensure equipment safety. More information on our pricing can be found on our packages page.

How much can we film?

You can film however much or little as you’d like. We will provide more than enough memory for the cameras. We will however say, we can only edit what has been shot.

How do you recommend we film our event?

In our wedding package we include a guide of important bits you may want in your video. We recommend that you shoot short videos of your day (other than the “I Do’s”). We also recommend you perhaps but someone in charge of looking after the equipment, handing them out around the ceremony, and party – Maybe a someone from the bridal party?

How does the collections/returns work?

We offer flexible collection and delivery options. You can collect and return the cameras yourself, or we can arrange courier, or delivery and collection for an additional fee.

How will we receive the digital assets?

Once your edit is complete, we’ll send your finished videos via WeTransfer. Simply click the link to download your film and start reliving the memories.

What’s included in the editing process?

We’ll carefully review all of the footage, pick out the best moments, and craft everything into a fun, nostalgic film full of personality. Some packages also include social media edits and longer highlight films, so be sure to check what’s included in your chosen package.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

Nope! There are no hidden costs. Just look after the cameras and return them in the same condition they arrived. Charges will only apply if equipment is lost or damaged during your hire.

How long does editing the footage usually take?

This depends on the season and how busy we are. We carefully review all of the footage captured by your guests before crafting your final film, so please allow several weeks for editing and delivery. Good things take time!

What type of cameras are available to rent?

Our selection includes various HD camcorders or ‘Handycams’, giving it the unique home video look we love.
